Drifting Passion ("we", "us", "our") creates and publishes cinematic, AI-generated drift films across our website and social platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We are based in Norway and follow the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
• Messages — content you send us by email (e.g. partnership enquiries).

• Social platform data — when you interact with our content on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube or Snapchat, those platforms process your data under their own policies; we may receive aggregated, non-identifying performance metrics from them.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.

• To send you the films and updates you subscribed to.

4. AI-generated content

Our videos are produced with artificial intelligence and are clearly disclosed as "Made with AI". They do not depict real people, real events, or real identifiable individuals.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate — for example an email delivery provider and our website host — and only as needed to provide the service. These providers act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

Our content is distributed on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

7. Cookies & analytics

The website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
